There is lots of shopping nearby, with two major malls within a short 5-10 minute drive. This home is the perfect getaway whether you are in town for business or vacation here in Virginia Beach. It is ideal for people who need a temporary & very comfortable place to stay with so much more to offer than just a hotel room. There is a detached two car garage with lots of room to store all your belongings. You won't need to rent a storage unit if you are waiting to close on your new home!! Included are all utilities even phone, free long distance calls, internet, and cable tv. All bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided & also towels. There is a washer & dryer & iron for your convenience. The kitchen is completely equipped just like your home with a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, utensils, even a crock pot! All kitchen appliances are brand new. The master bedroom suite has a full size bed. The second bedroom suite has bunkbeds suitable for adults with one full size and one twin size bed. Also in this room is a full size futon bed, and a computer desk and chair. Both bedrooms have a full bath attached, and downstairs is another half bath. If you have any special requests needed for a special occasion or surprise for a loved one, please let us know and we will make every attempt to provide what you need to make your visit perfect. Whether it be a favorite bottle of wine or fresh flowers, let us know how we can best accomodate you.

Current Rates are as follows and does include the following utilities: electricity, heat & a/c, & water. $100 per month fee required for verizon wireless internet, phone & direct tv:
